Hola comunidad, inicié mi reto pesando 65 kilos (144 libras) ahora tengo 63 kilos (140 libras, mejor entalle de la ropa y mejor apariencia.

Tomé mi probiótico temprano en ayuno, la MRP de vainilla con frutas en las mañanas y la de chocolate en la noche con la fibra.

Mi SuperGreens en las tardes con jugo natural sin azúcar y Repair antes de dormir.

Mi meta fue bajar hasta 62 kilos, no pude alcanzar mi meta en el peso, pero bajé la talla. Al momento de iniciar mi reto tenía una condición física que no me permitió hacer rutinas de impacto, sólo caminar de 30 a 40 minutos de lunes a viernes.

En mi próximo reto que será para definir, mis metas son muy ambiciosas y sé que voy a alcanzarlas con estos excelentes productos de YOR Health, amigos que me animan y mis paquetes gratis.
