8 week challenge 2!
Hi everyone! So this is the second challenge that I have taken and I have enjoyed it so much! I think I learned so much about my body the first time round so things were easier this time and I am much happier with my results! My routine consisted of going to the gym 3 times per week for the first 4 weeks, then upping that to 4 times per week for the last 4 weeks. My main aim of the first challenge was just to lose weight and tone up. The aim this time was to try to gain muscle (something which my body has refused to do in the past!) Although I only gained 1kg overall, I dropped two inches from my waist so I lost a decent amount of fat and gained muscle.
I took pretty much all of the products daily which consisted of an MRP with supergreens, fibre and berry blast for breakfast and an extra MRP after a workout. I also used muscle energy for 4 weeks of the challenge which I thought was great. On top of these, I would use digest, vitamins, probiotics and repair.
I really feel that I have made a lasting changes to my life and I am confident that my training and healthy eating regime will continue even between challenges! I could not have done this without the YOR Health 8 week best body challenge.
PS. I should point out that my back got super sunburned on the day I took my before pics! :p
