What can I say? Yor Health is the more wonderful thing that happened in my life

Before this, I had several troubles on my bones, I wasnt be able to do any kind of exercise and I used to feel tired and depressed and I usually got a cold or the flu once a month, in fact, I already knew when it could start

This is the way I started to take YOR Health products:
I take probiotics at 5 am when I wake up, then I take MRP and Berry Blast together at 9 am, after that I take Super Greens with some apple juice at 11 am, then I take essential vitamins and YOR Digest at 2 pm before to eat, then I take berry blast (if I dont take it in the morning) around 4pm to be ready for my exercise session. I usually do exercise for two hours, after that I take YOR MRP again and 2 pills of YOR Repair before to sleep; and of course, drink a lot of water

After YOR, I can do so much exercise, I feel with so much energy, not depressed anymore and I didnt get any kind of disease since I started.
