Hola amigos retadores ,este es mi sexto ciclo de reto ,y estoy muy contento de poder terminarlo .
Quiero agradecer a Dios por ponerme en mi camino a Yor Health y conocer a personas tan maravillosas , quienes me consideran parte de su familia,ya que hemos compartido grandes momentos como,viajes ,eventos,dias de reto,pre-fiestas,capacitaciones etc....Sinceramente agradecido contigo socio y amigo Jorge Garcia y contigo Claudia Rdz. por todo su tiempo ,los quiero...........
Mi siguiente reto es continuar poniendome en mi mejor forma y compartir felicidad ..........

El regimen que llevo es Yor Shake en la mañana y en la noche ,Digest Ultra entre la comida,Super Greens en la tarde ,Probioticos y Repair antes de dormir,esto a mi me ha funcionado espero que a ustedes tambien....
