When the challenge first launched I was not the most thrilled, I was more like what is the point? I take my products anyway. It’s not going to make a big difference in the results I have gotten. How wrong I was! =P After semi part taking in the 1st challenge I got really excited to get into top shape for the 2nd cycle of the challenge. I joined the gym and started working out every day. I made sure to take my supergreens every morning and 3 Mrps a day. I would be bummed out when I ran out of products and not have my complete burn or mrp for before and after my gym workouts. I borrowed products to make sure I didn't miss a day, before I wouldn’t have even cared. I would have just waited until my autoship came, no urgency at all when it came to my health. Through the challenge, a healthy ego has come out in me that makes me want to be health, makes me want to go to the gym. I even love leg day at the gym, which I can honestly I dreaded even when I was going to the gym once a month. =P The amazing part has been, since I have gotten on the challenge I have not experienced any ankle pains. Thanks to the repair and all the nutrition I am getting from the products I have been able to run a half marathon with my friend Din Khim and best of all improve my basketball game significantly. That’s not the greatest part though. Thanks to the challenge and the Mrp, Complete Burn, Repair, Supergreens and Digest, I have not gotten to a point in my health were I look in the mirror and love the progress I see. Before I would think very negative and believe that I would never lose the extra weight I had and a 6 pack was something that I would only dream of. My thoughts and how I speak to myself have all changed. I believe that I can become healthier; I believe that I look great and of course the 6 pack is one more challenge away from being achieved! Can’t wait to enroll into the next challenge and get into the best and sexiest shape of my life! Thank you 8 Week Challenge! =)
