Before start my second 8 week challenge I weight 170 and my current weight now is 179.6lbs. I have gain in total of 9.6lbs doing the Yorbestbody challenge.
In the morning I will take
2 YOR Essential Vitamin sometime I will have
4 scoops of YOR SHAKE mix with
1 scoop of YOR Super greens &
1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus.
Most of the time I take 4 scoops of YOR SHAKE after working out and mix it with 1 scoop of YOR Super greens and 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus. I also take My YOR repair Ultra after my workout
Mid-day
2 YOR Essential Vitamin
2 YOR Digest ultra ( I take 2 to 3 YOR DIGEST ULTRA every time I eat. )
At night
2 YOR Essential Vitamin and
1 scoop of YOR Super greens mix w/
1 scoop of YOR fiber Plus and
1 YOR Probiotic ultra.
I will exercise 3 to 4 times a week if I'm not busy but if I'm busy I just do 3. About 45 mins to an hour every time I exercise
Just hearing the word "challenge" made me want to do something. I want to push myself more to become better. It gives me a sense of Purpose, now see a completely different Person when I look at myself in the mirror.
