Hola a todos, con mucho gusto comparto mi experiencia de este mi primer reto!!!!!!
Al conocer los productos YORHEALTH por medio de una amiga , me llamo mucho la atención que tuvieran enzimas, cuando me platico del reto decidí ingresar y empezar a tomarlos!!!!
Son una maravilla, no sientes ningún efecto secundario y tu organismo funciona mil veces mejor.
Logre bajar mi porcentaje de grasa y mejore la calidad del tono muscular, me siento muy contento por mi logro en estas 8 semanas.
Por la mañana me tomo mi malteada con fruta y mucho hielo , me tomo dos thermogenico y me voy al gym, al terminar mi rutina me tomo mi muscle energy, desayuno sano , durante mi comida sana me tomo mi Super Digest, en la tarde otra malteada y por la noche mi cena sana y otra super digest. También tomo el BerryBlast que me ayuda a tener mas energía!!!!
Con los productos de YORHEALTH logre bajar el porcentaje de grasa que no había podido bajar en mucho tiempo!!!!
