Started this after my wife and I came back from a trip to New Zealand. We eaten and drank our way around. Our daughter is getting married in december so we decided to make a change in our lives. Our daughter had just started on the program so I decided to join her on the journey to a healthier life style.
Change diet. Vegen. Stated exercising more regularly. Exercised everyday bar Saturday. Alternating cardio and resistance. Supplement regime, repair &probiotic first thing in the morning when waking. Breakfast smoothly of oats fruit and dot milk honey with super-greens. Lunch meal replacement. Snacks fruit and nuts during the day. Dinner mainly vegetable stir fries. Took digest tab only when I ate heavy meal. Repair again at night before bed. Vitamins with morning meal and lunch. I haven't lost the full 9 kg that I set out in this 8 week challenge but have lost about 7 kg. I will continue on to reach my 78 kg goal though. Inspired my my wife and daughter.
