Cuando empecé con el reto buscaba, más que bajar de peso o definir, sentirme con energía y vitalidad.
El primer cambio que noté fue la mejoría en mi digestión y que no me sentía cansada a pesar de tener mucha actividad y dormir menos de lo acostumbrado.
Empecé el reto pesando 57 kg y ahora peso 54, me siento muy bien, ligera y sin llantitas. No logré definir mi abdomen porque no hice nada de ejercicio por falta de tiempo pero, para mi próximo reto, sí lo haré.
Algo que me encanta es que desayunar no me lleva más de 5 minutos! La malteada en la mañana la preparo agregándole berry blast y super greens, además de plátano, ciruela pasa o fresas.
