Hola a toda la comunidad de Yorhealth, les quiero compartir que me siento muy contentó una vez más, este es mi segundo reto y decidí hacerlo en el de tonificar, ya que el primero fue en bajar de peso, comencé este reto pesando 82 kilos y ahora termine con 76 kilos, esta vez baje 6 kilos y logre hacer un poco de músculos, esta ocasión realice un poco más de ejercicio por las tardes,como caminatas, lagartijas y box, los productos que utilice fueron el Yormuscle energy, MRP de chocolate, YorDigest Ultra y las vitaminas de Yorhealth, también trate de comer más saludable.
Por ultimo quiero agradecer a mi hijo Carlos Giles que me presento este proyecto y me ayudo a lograr mis metas tanto en el primer reto y ahora en este segundo.
