Before starting the 8 week challenge I weighed in at 86.5 kg and I've never felt So terrible in my life.
I consistently needed to go for extra sleeps throughout the day , I was often moody towards and around my family and my quality of life was quite poor !
Having two plus energy drinks throughout the day to try and function at work or so I wouldn't fall asleep just driving to work unfortunately wasn't a rare occurrence ..
Through this lifestyle I have developed for myself there was a time I hadn't made it to the gym for over 3 months simply because I was too tired. !
Although I didn't quite get to how I wanted to look I've never felt so amazing in my life ! I have all the energy in the world , I now train 5-6 times a week and I've been ' energy drink ' free for 8 weeks !
The products I took to get down to 81 kg's were the super greens , berry blast ( these two were my favourite ) , fibre , digest ultra , pro biotic and fibre .
