This 8 week best body challenge has been a great experience. I feel amazing physically and mentally.
For the past 5 years or so I have struggled to get myself into a healthy weight range and especially get under 70kg. I trained 5-6 times a week which involved mostly cardio and circuits with very little weight training. Also my diet was not perfect as I tended to be an emtional eater.
I was over the moon seeing the scales, it definitely shows that when I put my mind and body together I can achieve what ever I want.
I have done this challenge with my boyfriend who has been the best encouragement and support when times have gotten a little hard. He has kept me as focused as possible and together we achieved results we are happy with.
Taking the products daily was a challenge at first but I quickly adapted and it just became apart of my normal routine. I wanted to keep taking them because I felt so energetic and clear. My training over the last 12months has changed to mostly weight training and cardio maybe 1-2times a week.
Thanks to the 8 week body challenge!!!
I will be doing another one in a month or two once I set my next goals!
