Hello to my YOR family, I have been amazed at the change the YOR Health products have made to my lifestyle. I’m so happy with my second cycle of the Best Body Challenge. I started this challenge with the aim of better digestive health. I’m 152cm and weighed 50.1kg at the start of this challenge and dropped to 49.2kg in 8 weeks by using the products recommended each day. I love seeing the definition coming through using the Sculpt Set.
Upon waking, I would take a probiotic followed by a SuperGreens mixed with a Berry Blast and a scoop of Fibre Plus. I also used this as my pre work before my gym session. I exercised 4-5 times a week at my gym. I had three balanced meals per day with three snacks in between. I took 1 Digest Ultra with my Lunch and Dinner. I limited myself to homemade meals which made food choices easier and less temptation to crave fast food. I reduced my chocolate cravings with an added Berry Blast and/or an MRP with my snacks. Best flavour would have to be Chocolate mixed with water, sometimes adding a cheeky tablespoon of peanut butter. I kept hydrated with plenty of water, still having the odd black coffee and Green Tea if I felt like a warm drink. Each night I would take 2 Repair Ultra before bed which helped with the aching of my varicose veins in my leg and the muscle groups I worked that day at the gym.
I am always telling people I work with, family and friends that I use the YOR Health products to help me achieve my results. Feeding my body with the nutrients it needs definitely shows on the outside. I have noticed a remarkable change in how healthy my skin, hair and nails look and feel.
