When I joined the challenge I weighed in at 75 kilos and my goal was to sculpt up and tone. My ideal weight is 78 and I am excited to say I just weighed in at 77.6.

I was taking all products and love the lot and thanks to the YOR Best Body app I never missed a day.

I start every morning with a Berry Blast, SuperGreens and Fiber, with 2 Essential Vitamins and a Repair.

I eat 5 nutritious meals a day and take a Digest with 3 of my largest meals. I also take 2 Essential Vitamins with lunch and 2 with Dinner.

I was loving the MRP after my walk in the evenings.

I finish off the day with Probiotic and Repair before bed.

To be honest my exercise was not much as I work up to 14 hour days and struggled to fit exercise in so I only walked 3 days a week. So considering my lack of exercise I am really impressed with my end results so considering the products were really my only change I put my success down to that.

I first started taking the products and then joined the challenge because my wife did not give me a choice however in saying that I am now over the moon as I have never felt better.

I have loads more energy, sleep better and feel lighter. I actually haven't felt this good in years.

I had a knee reconstruction 10 years ago and every day since dealt with pain until introducing the Repair. It would have to be my favorite product.
