Siempre me ha costado trabajo cuidar lo que como y hacer ejercicio por mas de un mes! Este reto ha sido una gran oportunidad para seguir cuidándome constantemente, y aunque aún peleo con la comida, siento que voy por buen camino.
Para este segundo ciclo me aplique con el ejercicio y con los productos, estoy tomando probióticos y repair al despertar, después del ejercicio una malteada con fibra y supergreens, y con la comida mis digest ultra, vitaminas y un berry blast para aguantar el resto del día.
7 semanas de las 8 que duró este reto estuve haciendo Crossfit, incluso en semana santa, pero la ultima semana tuve un problema en las rodillas y en el codo, así que tuve que parar por el momento.
Aunque no baje tanto de peso, y en estos momentos me ha costado muchísimo esta parte, subí masa muscular y eso me encanto.
