The 8 week challenge has been amazing for me this time around. Not only has my body improved but so has my health and my confidence. Even my attitude has benefited so much over the last two months. Throughout the duration of this challenge I started my days off with super greens, fibre and berry blast. I have a digest pill and two essential vitamins with lunch and dinner and a repair and probiotic before bed. I go to the gym six days a week as I am preparing for a fitness model competition in just under two weeks time! YORhealth supplements have helped me get through my gruelling training sessions and I am recovering quite nicely. I always look forward to my 'superblast' before morning cardio.
