For my 8 Week Challenge, I was able to lose another 2 pounds for this cycle putting me at just 4 pounds away from my goal weight! While I wasn't able to fully build up my muscle mass, I was able to build up my energy and stamina throughout these 8 weeks.

When I used to go running, it was mostly walking ... I struggled to even do the mile run from as young as 15, taking an average of 12-13 minutes. This Challenge, I was able to run my fastest mile ever: 9 minutes and 14 seconds. My stamina was built up as well with me finishing up a 10k race at 1 hour and 9 minutes and completing a personal goal of running two consecutive miles under 20 minutes!

I am proud of what I have been able to accomplish, and one of my favorite products that helped me a lot throughout the way was the Complete Burn, Supergreens, and Digest Ultras.

I exercised an average of 2x a week, and for this next cycle, I plan to bump up that number to 3x and make sure to lose the remaining 4 pounds and get that 4 pack!
