I am always up for a challenge, especially ones of endurance and strength. For this 8 week challenge, I set my goals on factors of 100. I wanted to complete 100 days of yoga in a row (something I started in January), and a 100 mile cycling century ride.
8 weeks ago, I was ready and motivated. Ready for the endurance, ready to shed some pounds, and feel better about myself. I only have one body, I have to treat it as such.
To start, I generally have very low self control when it comes to food set out in front of me. When it comes to ice cream, cake, fatty foods, I have absolutely NO CONTROL. So, it all starts at the grocery store by buying healthy foods, and then with YOR Health products. For the first half of this challenge, I kept track of every calorie consumed; honestly, it helped some days, and completely discouraged me on others. About 3 weeks ago, I made a choice to stop the written tracking, and start listening to my body. I started feeling what true hunger is versus thirst, feeling when I need rest, and when I should push myself, feeling what I am craving, and the positive choices I should make to calm the craving.
The outcome? I lost 4 lbs, and gained then gained some muscle. I celebrated my 100th day of yoga with a 9:00 am - 7:00 pm yoga marathon. I completed my first cycling century with a LOT of willpower
(and a bit of a sunburn!) and overall, I feel amazing.
All if it possible because of YOR Health products. Repair helped me wake up everyday without pain, Supergreens kept my immune system strong when co-workers were sick, MRP and Fiber Plus kept me full, Vitamins kept me focused, and Berry Blast and Burn got me through every workout and cycling training session.
What did I learn? This 8 week challenge is a test of the mind. Daily commitment is not about physical strength, but mental endurance. 100 days of yoga taught me about balance not only of the physical body, but a balance of daily time commitments to myself. 100 miles on a bicycle takes training, and inner motivation to fight on.
Thank you thank you thank you YOR Health! I couldn't have done this without you!

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of July 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.87 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
