Having severe asthma and never knowing how to diet I started off slow and steady. I started my mornings early with one repair ultra tablet and berry blast, greens and fiber with a cup of water, a short 20 - 30min strength workout (abs and arms), then I'd have a MRP for breakfast with whatever leftovers from the night before. I tried to eat healthy when I could but working as a barrista cafe I ate what ever I had available at the cafe, but I had the digest ultra and vitamins with every main meal I had and before going to bed I had 1 more repair ultra and 1 probiotic. About the 2nd or 3rd week into the challenge I noticed my energy increasing and my cadio getting better. I didn't need a puffer as often when I worked out. I also started jogging and attending the bootcamp sessions towards the end coz my indurance increased. With minimal dieting and working out 3-4 times a week I was able to loose 4kilos (81kilos to 77kilos) it may not seem much to alot of people but it's a big achievement for me! I haven't been this light in over 10 years! I'm so amazed at how the products have helped me so much with with my asthma and energy levels. It's changed my view on life and making me work harder to reach my fitness and health goals. I'm thankful that I was introduced to the products and can't imagine my life without it now.
