So I've actually completed and submitted photos! I've entered this challenge twice before and have not made it this far!
Throughout my eight week journey I have lost over 5kgs and gained a lot of muscle mass on my arms shoulders an even abs! I am very proud of my progress and eager to do another challenge.
I used berry blast, super greens and mrp mainly, with digestives on main meals.
This year has set me back with many injuries but progressing on has helped me reach this goal. With the soccer season ending and summer coming I will be working hard to get to my ideal summer body!
