I started my 8-week Challenge at 134 pounds, with my goal being to drop 24 pounds. I knew to accomplish my goal I had to be a lot more discipline with my eating habits and work outs. Knowing that to get to your best body is 80% nutrition I made sure I was on a consistent regimen with the YOR health products and I also became a vegan. Meat and dairy have never been my friends so giving them up wasn't too hard. Before YOR health I also had very bad digestion so during the challenge I made sure to take my probiotics, digest ultras and fiber. As for my work outs, I got really into yoga and made sure to fit in some gym time at least 3times a week. I'm going into my last week of the challenge and I am now 127, I have a lot more energy during the day and can go through the day without feeling heavy and bloated.

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
