Now that my 8 week challenge is over, I went from 153 lbs. to 158 lbs. thanks to the amazing line of Yor Health products and amounts crazy of exercise I did. The products I took were Fiber, Super Greens, Digest Ultra, MRP, Probiotics, and Berry Blast. I would wake up everyday taking my products and right before day I'd take my products. There would hardly be a day that I wasn't taking my products, because I knew that they would help me achieve my goals. I knew the products would help, but I need to put in effort as well.
While I was in Maryland, I would workout with my follow teammates and we would motivate one another because we all wanted some kind of results. I recently moved to Florida for school , so I couldn't go to the gym as much as I used to, but I download workout apps on my ipad. I kept pushing myself either at the gym or at my house and I am very happy with the results I have. The challenge had a huge impact on my life, because I used to be the type of person who would eat a lot and never gain weight, but had a hard time building muscles also.
It made my conscience about the foods I consumed and were they helping or hindering me? After taking about it, I started eating healthier and it's helped me significantly. Thanks to the 8 week challenge I think I have the courage and the strength to try my luck in the American Ninja Warrior competition this year.
