This was my very first 8 week challenge. I am a mother of 2 children aged 8 & 5 yrs old. Pregnancy & motherhood takes a massive toll on your body & your self. Before I was pregnant I never really had a healthy body image of myself to begin with, so add pregnancy & looking after 2 children & working, my body was crying for help. As any mother would do I often put my children first & I never really looked after me! Time was always a factor, I never had enough time to exercise or cook healthy food. I was tired of feeling tired needing & wanting more energy to be able to get everything that a mother needs to get done & still feel energized enough to play with the kids. I wanted to feel happy & confident in my body & my self & not feel so self conscious. Then I was introduced to Yor health.

I used Yor Shake for breakfast (sometimes mixed with supergreens & berry blast very yummy!) usually with a piece of fruit. I also took supergreens, berry blast, probiotic, repair & digest.

I started to eat more frequently & reduced the portions. I ate healthy as much as I could mostly during the week then weekends if we were out & about I would have things I dare not have during the week. I'm not going to lie, there was a whole week that I didn't eat very healthy or exercised at all being my 30th birthday week & family staying with us. It was food galore. I worried that it would derail my results achieved so far but it just showed me how fantastic Yor health products are because in that whole week I didn't put on any weight whatsoever & my body shape stayed the same. So after that week I was back to healthy eating & exercise.

Exercise was mostly done at home given the time factor. I would exercise 3-4 times a week for 30mins doing combinations of zumba, ab circle pro, sit ups, squats, skipping, & dancing around! At the end of my challenge I did a few sessions of crossfit.

I am so happy I decided to take the challenge! Within 2 weeks of taking the products I have never felt healthier or more energized! What it's done for my digestive health is amazing, I don't get bloated after eating food like I used to. I can now regularly go to the toilet without fear of constipation. I also noticed that since being on the products my kids would get sick then normally I would catch it, I could feel the onsets of something but then never really get it fully. So my immune system has become alot stronger. Pants that fit me before I started the challenge no longer fit me they are all too loose which is the best indicator of whether what I've been doing is actually doing anything. I can now feel confidant in wearing dresses which I never ever ever could wear!

When I set my goal for this challenge I didn't really want to lose too much weight because I am quite short & little, all I wanted was to feel more energized & get more definition I feel like I have achieved that & am so happy with the results.

Obviously it would be so great to get abs, definitely one for the next challenge!
