My before weight was in the high 73kg range. I am now in the low 71kg range, but have not quite seen 70 by itself yet. This is a bit disappointing, but I'm not too upset by it. My real big goal for this challenge was CONSISTENCY, which I have managed. I actually have stuck with this whole exercise thing for 2 months! That's 6 weeks longer than any other time! Go me!

Every morning I take Yor Health Probiotic, an iron pill and Yor Health Multi-Vitamin. At lunch and dinner I take Yor Health Enzymes. I also supplement my protein, partly because I'm vegetarian and partly because I want to help my muscle recovery time.

I've been going to the gym on average, 3 times a week. I was aiming for 4, but I am happy with it. I've been doing weights (chest and tris; legs and abs; back and bis; shoulders) but have slowly incorporated something new every two weeks, for example after my first two weeks I added cardio acceleration after every exercise, and in my last two I added drop sets (I now LOVE dropsets!)

I've managed to drop 1% body fat (from 30% to 29%) and according to measurements it's all come off my hips. My chest has lost 1cm and my hips appear to have lost 6cm, but I'm not sure how accurate that is. Everything else has stayed the same, except my arms, which are both 1cm larger (now 31 right and 32 left).

I am stupid happy at the moment. I know my mindset has changed, and it's getting to that point where when I miss the gym for a few days I REALLY miss it. I'm also ready to change up my workout, add more cardio, and reassess my diet (which is currently at 5-6 meals per day, and around 1700 cal, but I'm not counting calories very much).

I've noticed other changes, I'm more confident in the gym, and I can lift more in my arms, my shoulder strength is also developing.

I feel great :D I can't wait to do another challenge! THANKS YOR HEALTH!
