The feeling to finally be able to write this and say that I completed my first 8-Week Challenge after 2 years of been apart of YOR is something that I once believed probably wasn't possible, it's feels like closing an old chapter in my life never to be revisited.

I'll start by telling anyone who's reading this not to give up, just be consistent, have a vision and stick to it, why? Because I have started and stopped more 8-Week Challenges than I count fingers on my hands. I was always the type of person who wanted to do everything perfect and the moment i'd slip I would delete my profile and start again the following "MONDAY" or I would look through the calendar and restart on a date that had significant number, I did this for 2 years which was 2 years of self-sabotage, self-doubt and excuses too long.

I was in a place at the time where I was comfortable enough not to realise how much I was letting myself go, letting myself and my team down. I was able to hide my weight and insecurities under clothes really well and most didn't notice, except for my team. I really believe that the Universe pushed my back against a wall to make me realise I needed to change. My team in meeting called me out and one of my leaders said it's hard to edify me in the shape i'm in which hit hard, then one thing lead to another and I fell in love with a beautiful woman with a open heart, who cared about me more than anyone, so it really hit deep when I realised that I couldn't be the person she deserved because a person who doesn't love themselves can't give their all to a person who deserves 100%. This is when i decided to take action, I used the 8-Week Challenge as a vehicle to not only transform my body but find myself again.

I used all the products but mainly the 4 pillars, SuperGreens twice per day, Fibre once, one MRP after training, one Berry Blast before training, Probiotics Ultra and Repair Ultra before bed on an empty stomach, Digest Ultra and and Essential Vitamins with every meal, didn't even need Complete Burns. I'd exercise 5 to 6 days a week doing mainly weight training, not too much cardio which is a testament to the products.

Now this 8-Week Challenge is just the beginning, what once was doing this for myself and my team has now grown to believing I will one day win a Sculpt category challenge, especially now with the SuperSlims in my corner. I know this will take hard work, dedication, sacrifice and failure but now that this first challenge has been completed i've found that competitive confidence back that I once had and i'm ready to back it up with another challenge.

My focus now is to become a product of this company and winner of the Sculpt category and be the first or one of the first that did it coming from the Slim category. Big thank you to my team who were supporting me through the first challenge, I couldn't of gotten through it without you all in my hearts and getting me up on those cold winter mornings.

Much love,

Jase

Please be advised that the testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials reflect only the experiences of the customer who has provided the testimonial. The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
