I used all the products in the YOR Health product line consistently every single day. I added 3 shakes per day along with two vegetarian meals. 6 vitamins. 6 repairs throughout my day. 2 fibers with 4 supergreens (1 am and 1 pm). 2 complete burns in the morning with half a grapefruit before each workout. I did my best to workout 6x a week.
Working out has helped me out a lot but out of the 8 weeks I probably worked out combined about 4 weeks total. I got into a bad accident on top of My fibromyalgia (chronic pain disorder) which limited me so much. I was on bed rest for a while and my main goal with the 8 week challenge is not only to strengthen my body but to help others see that you don't have to let your limitations stop you from getting what you want. I want a toned, fit, and healthy body and its so incredibly tough for me sometimes that working out is not an option, getting out of bed is not an option. But, i push myself so much because I want you to see that its possible. That you can overcome all odds. You can have your dream body no matter what you think or what anyone else thinks. The challenge has helped me to see how strong I can be, how disciplined and structured i can be as long as i just push myself. I am not done yet =) you WILL see me improve and continue to improve with each challenge. I am ready, are you? =)
