What a crazy 8 weeks!

Starting this challenge I really wanted to get fitter than ever before and in the best shape possible during my pre season for football (soccer) knowing the season started in less than 8 weeks.
I have always struggled to put on muscle and have not been happy with my physique for quite a long time so I finally made the decision to commit to the 8 week challenge and make it happen!

Being in my pre season I had a lot of cardio sessions during the week at training, plus a few practice and cup matches I knew building lean muscle while getting rid of all that indulgence over the off season would be more difficult... BUT that did not stop be from getting to the gym at least 3x a week on top of football.


These products have really taken my performance & recovery to the next level by alkalizing and putting those essential nutrients back into the body! I have never been so happy with how I have looked on the outside... but also the great feeling on the inside!

Keeping to a good diet was always important to me so very minimal changed in that sense but I just added more yummy MRP shakes to get those lean gains... sometimes even mix both together for a delicious Vanilla-Choc Combo!!!

My Daily routine consisted of:
Upon waking - Supergreens + fibre + berry blast
Before lunch - 2x vitamins + 1 Digest ultra
Craving bad snacks during the day - MRP + almond Milk
Before Training - Berry Blast
After training - Mrp sometimes with supergreens + 1/2x Repair Ultra
Before Bed - 1x Probiotic + 1x Repair


In the past I had tried other supplements with a lot of problems and very minimal results but I can happily say these are nothing like I have ever tried because I actually felt and seen results for myself not just on some supermodel!
I have no problems in referring any of my family or friends to try something so rewarding for your health that will help them feel incredible.
