I was really unhappy with my body, feeling quite self conscious especially through winter you always seem to pack on a bit of weight. I couldn't seem to slim down. I had no direction and when i tried to get a health kick i could never stick to it properly.

Since i started the 8 week challenge though I have helped myself develop better physically and mentally. It's kept me on track to not go out and party as i used to try slim down the fast and wrong way.

I used to have a coffee every morning to wake up but i would never really fully wake until a few hours in the morning but since i started taking the super greens shake with the berry blast mixed I love waking up and that being the first thing I have because I am wide awake in about 20 minutes. Instead of crashing quicker and harder like I do on coffee my energy is prolonged throughout the day now.

I also used to eat some form of chocolate every day but now I don't feel that craving anymore as I have the MRP Choc shake which definitely satisfy s that craving. I have found it quite hard to find something that delicious in proteins so now I'm obsessed with it.

I admit i wasn't the strictest with my food while on the 8 weeks and didn't exercise as much as i should have but with the help of the products I have managed to still drop some weight and tone up a lot. So i am absolutely stoked and will definitely be entering again.
