Since joining the 8-week challenge I've found my re-commitment to health/fitness. As a personal trainer my purpose is to help other people get into their Dream Bodies. However, I haven't always lead by example and had the healthiest habits (diet and nutrition). In joining the challenge I wanted to prove to myself that I can be disciplined and show others they can achieve their results also too.
When I was younger I was a very skinny kid and used to be made fun of because of how small I was. I always had trouble gaining weight and since being introduced to the challenge I have been able to gain weight much easier than before. I used to use every other shake out there to gain muscle mass and could never do it until I started using the products and especially the MRP
I gained 4 pounds on cycle 1 and went from 162 to 166 in weight and on this cycle 2 my goal was to be disciplined and gain another 4 pounds from 166 to get to 170. I'm so excited that I achieved that! I am in love with the Chocolate YOR Shake! and that was my best friend throughout this 8 weeks.
I've seen alot of muscle growth withing my upper body in my arms, shoulders, back, and chest and was able to flatten my core out more while working to further define my abs.
I know I'm in the minority on those who want to gain weight but I hope this is proof that YOU CAN DO IT! ^_^
