Antes de iniciar el reto de 8 semanas pesaba 73 k.
Al iniciar yo me sentía emocionado por probar la línea de productos, tomaba YOR MRP por las mañanas junto con YOR Super Greens. Por las tardes antes de la comida una cápsula de YOR Digest Ultra y después 2 pastillas de YOR Essential Vitamins.
