I joined the 8 week challenge and started to take YOR Health products. I am a person that finds it very difficult to lose weight, no matter how hard I work out or no mater how hard I do the right thing with what I eat I felt all my hard work was going to waste with not getting the results I was craving for.

When I joined yor health I joined as a promoter and got the promoter kit. I pretty much just took the products following the suggested daily product regimen. And am happy with results I've gotten so far seeming for me it really hard to lose weight n stick to a diet.

Will be joined the 8 week challenge again to improve on my results!
