ok where to start.
so growing up I was allways fairly healthy, playing sports 5-6 times a week so I never had to watch my weight Or what I ate at all, untill I was about 15 or 16 I started losing interest for the sports and started taking interest in alchohole and partying and having beers with the boys, this resulted in a lot of hangovers what lead me to eating a lot of greasy hang over foods, anyways before I knew I was 80kg and 5 ft nothing. So I guess from about 16 onwards untill now I was never in the shape that I was when I was younger, so 8 weeks ago my brother tom who is also in this 8 week challange came to me with the idea of entering and I was all for it!!! Straight away I noticed the effects of the berry blasts, greens, and fibre drink, I was fealing so much more energetic I wasn't waking up hitting the sleep button on the alarm, it was great!!! 2 weeks in I noticed my stomach was starting to flattern out and I dropped a few kilos. I also noticed I was sleeping a lot better before I started the 8 week challange I was waking up 3-5 times
