My goal for this challenge was to lose about 15 pounds and reduce total body fat. Although the scale didn't move much for me, the weights I was moving in the gym certainly did! Over the last 8 weeks I have increased my overall strength and performance several times over. Also, over the course of this challenge, I was able to increase my overall calorie intake by nearly 40% and still not got any unwanted weight!

Thanks to these amazing products, I am digesting and using all of the nutrients my body needs to make this possible. Even though I weigh the same as I started, I am leaner than when I began and so that tells me that I made significant lean muscle mass gains. Can't wait to do another cycle! Thanks YOR Health!!
