Hi There. My beginning weight was 140 and my after was 138. The day that I took my after picture Iw as a little bloated. I think I would have had a better picture but I have really been experimenting with my diet. And last night I had cooked food in 3 weeks.
I am happy with my results. I do have a sexy tease of a six pack. You just can see it with the little bit of bloat. I have an extremely sensitive stomach where the Products have really helped me understand my body. I take 3 essentials and 2 digest with every meal, 2 YOR Shake a day w fiber, 2 supergreens a day and 2 repair and 2 probiotic at night. I also take berry blast and 2 completeburn with every workout.
In the beginning of the challenge I was not focused and was only working out 3 days a week. The last month I was working out 4-5 and some days doing 2 a days. I would always do 30-90 minutes of cardio and some type of strength training, rotating muscle groups.
The impact that this challenge cycle had on my life was that I realized that I really need to pay attention to my diet and what reacts with my body. As I said before I have a very sensitive stomach. In the middle of this cycle I went raw vegan. And felt great! The Shakes really helped my get through long car rides and restore the protein in my diet. The challenge has helped me look at my body more subjectively too (which is important as an aspiring model). I see that my legs have improved a lot which I am super excited about! This is the most toned my legs have ever been :) I have always had "thicker" legs and a "soft" back. So I am happy with those results thus far. the challenge has changed my life to where I am at least wearing shorts to the gym on leg days where before you would never see me in shorts. Seeing my legs and abs now makes me more and more excited to push harder for the next cycle!!
