I started this challenge at 109kg (even though my account says 106) with the ambitious goal of losing 15kg in the 8 weeks.
I used the Berry blast and the 2 meal replacements during my challenge to help me control cravings and stop my binge eating.
I used the vanilla shake each morning to mix into a fruit smoothie and added the berry blast to this.
I would then have the chocolate shake with dinner to prevent any late night snacking.
I went to gym once and then found myself too busy with my work load to financially commit to a gym so I really just did the physical activities of working in events. within the first week I felt more refreshed in the mornings and less sluggish in the afternoons.
I wasn't tempted to buy as much junk food or takeaway and felt a lot of pain relief in regards to an ankle injury that I have. I was able to reduce the hospital grade pain killers to standard painkillers and limit my need for them on a daily basis because my ankle feels less pressure.
I feel my pants getting a little looser and tops becoming little more 'oversized' rather then tight. These products have really helped my body start to shift the weight I have been trying to remove for years and helped me feel better about every day as corny as that sounds.
My weight at final weight in is now 91kg - so this gives me a total loss of 18kg.
