What an awesome introduction to the Yor Health products! I started my 8 week challenge the day I received my set.

I started with the intentions of spending a lot of time at the gym but unfortunately due to other commitments only made it there a handful of times, this however was a true test to the quality of these products as I started at 82.9kg and have finished at 78.2kg and feel great!

I had a shake with fibre plus, berry blast, super greens and mrp each morning on my way to work. Vitamins three times a day and digest tablet with lunch and dinner.
