When I first started the challenge I had set very high goals for myself in regards to losing weight. Weighing in at 82kg, my goal was to go down to at least 78kg. After taking all of the YOR Health products consistently every day and every week, I've managed to gain weight instead of lose weight. At the end of the challenge I've managed to get my weight down to 80kg and now I'm more focused, more energised, and more happy knowing that I'm finally giving my body everything it needs.

The funny thing is, I've actually put on 4kg of muscle whilst burning the unwanted 2kg of body fat around my waist. Although my nutrition wasn't consistent I've still managed to exercise and workout religiously by going to the gym 5 days a week to focus on different body parts. Goes to show that the YOR Health products not only get your body back in balance but they also help you to perform at your best.
