Hi everyone! nice to meet you all!
My name is Pepe, I'm 18 years old and I'm in year 12 doing VCE at the moment.
I've always been a fit and active person, I love exercising, going to the gym, and doing outdoor activities, but at one stage, during completing my year12 VCE and working, I could barely find time to do fitness activities and exercises as often as I wanted. Due to that, my body started to get out of shape. I lost muscle mass, gained fat, lost my fitness capacity and lost my motivation to be active.
I got very lazy and undetermined at one stage, but then I was introduced to YOR health. I didn't really believe in the supplements at the start but I decided to try it out anyway, I was very interested in the 8 week challenge and I had nothing to lose. I joined the 8 week challenged and got my supplements, I got the promoter set because of the varieties of the supplements and the value of it.
The first week of the challenge, I felt that there's something about these products that keeps me energized and motivated. I think it's because the uniqueness of the flavour of the supplements and how all the supplements work together so well.
I mainly drink a shake of the YOR MRP and YOR berry blast before school every morning.
I also drink a shake of YOR super greens mix with YOR fiber after school everyday. I go to the gym every second day after school and after all my workout sessions I drink a shake or YOR MRP and before bed I take the YOR repair ultra to get me ready for the next day. YOR repair ultra is a great muscle recovery supplement, I don't really feel the soreness in my muscles after using it as much as before when I wasn't using it. It is absolutely great.
YOR berry blast and YOR MRP are my favorites, they both taste amazing and give amazing results.
All the supplements I used are combine with a healthy diet of course, this is to maximise the effects of the supplements and to get a better results during the 8 week challenge.
After 4 weeks I noticed that I gained some lean muscle mass lost a bit of fat, I was completely shocked with how fast the results were shown and I felt great! I couldn't wait to see my results after the 8 week challenge.
It's now the 8th week of the challenged and I feel completely different, I have so much energy and have a better body than before. I am motivated to be active, to exercise, and to get in a better shape. I can't wait to see everyone's results! and also everyone's successful experience with YOR health!
