Since participating in the challenge my motivation and determination has been revitalised! I found myself fall into a slump where I could not get motivated and that's when a close friend of mine Ryan Don Paul pushed me to really take the challenge onboard and challenge myself to become the best version of myself physically and mentally!
I've been taking all the supplements I believe it plays in a massive role in my overall health and well being but my recover and training has increased to another level! I take all products as suggested
And I was exercising 5 days a week weight training!
What impact it's done to my life it's really got me motivated for life again! my confidence and drive for success has definitely picked up since this challenge has began! So I have to thank Ryan don Paul and yor health for all the help and support go green baby :)
