Hola!!
Mi nombre es Rossy y soy mexicana empece mi reto hace 8 semanas porq queria un cambio fisico y tener mejor salud asi como estar mas activa ya que tengo 2 pequeñas hijas (una de 4 y otra de 2)
Antes de tomar los productos dE YOR me sentia todo el dia agotada y sin energia, ahora rindo mejor durante el dia.
Mi regimen es:
Al despertar mi YOR repair y antes de mi entrenamiento unos 20min antes un Berry Blast, durante mi entrenamiento el Muscle Energy.
Al terminar mi ejercicio mi desayuno es un YOR Shake, a la hora de la comida y cena me tomo mi Digest Ultra, antes de dormir mi YOR probiotics.
