Hello everyone, my name is Chen Moua. I am from Stockton California. This is my 4th cycle of my challenge. I've did the challenge before but i did not took the previous challenge seriously as I should. I am proud to say I went through the challenge and struggle.

Taking on this challenge has given myself more confidence. I am able to be topless whenever I go swimming without hesitation and afraid of being judged. I would always have a tank top on whenever I go to the beach or pool. Seeing others have the fit built body made me did not want to look at myself. But with the 8 weeks body challenge, I am glad to say I am in the best shape I have ever been and its just the beginning. Starting the challenge, I weigh at 135lbs. My goal was to get to at least 139lbs, but I was able to exceed what I thought something could not be done at 144lbs.

The products I used on the challenge to get to my weight goals are Yor fibers, yor essential vitamins, repair, and yor super slim. Every morning before I start off my day, I blend strawberries, kale, spinach, banana, and along Yor Fibers as my breakfast meals. During lunch time and between meals, I take 2-3 vitamins and 2 Yor super slim. Yor super slim plays a big role because it prevents from over craving and controls my bad eating habits. I workout 5-6 times throughout the week with 2-3 hours a day. Throughout the day, I would feel sore and beat up, but for my quick secret recovery from my workouts are the Yor repair ultra. With the Yor repair ultra, gives me a quicker recovery for the next day workout and perform better.

Taking on the challenge has helped me take control of my physical health, but also mentally. There are times when I struggle, there were my friends to help encourage me to keep on going on the journey. I am able to get to my best self and taking on the extra mile of going beyond my limits. Getting to the best shape of my life.
