Mi peso era de 114 libras y mi peso final es ahora de 110 libras, estoy feliz de haber alcanzado mi peso ideal.
Yo me tomo el super greens, los probioticos, el mrp, el berry, las vitaminas y a veces el repair.
Hago ejercicio 4 dias a la semana, el reto ha resultado muy divertido porque es algo que puedes hacer con tu familia y amigos y hecharse porras entre si, es increible como cambiando poco a poco tus habitos puedes obtener grandes resultados, gracias al reto ahora me siento mas bonita, me diverti mucho tomandome las fotos y lo mejor de todo que me las tomo mi hija asi convivo mas con ella, ya tenemos la misma talla!! solo que con 23 años de diferencia y todo gracias al reto ;) sin duda alguna esta experiencia la quiero recomendar a todos los que me rodean porque me gustaria poder aportar algo de salud y bienestar a sus vidas y que puedan sentirse tan bien como me siento yo!!
