When I started the 8-weeks challenge I was very motivated to lose as much weight as I can. I was 170 and now I weight 150. I am so proud of myself. All my life I have had a hard time with weight management. I never ate a lot and I would always workout. But as I grew older I decided to love me as who I am and forget about my health. Through out my high school years to now I was always called names. My family was the worst. They would tell me how fat I was and that I was the fattest in my family. I remember once when we were taking a family picture my niece said " stand by her, it's like standing next to an elephant, it will make you look skinnier."

In this challenge I would take the replacement meal for breakfast and dinner and have a regular meal at lunch and also take a digestive at lunch. When I go workout I take the completeburner and berry blast. I would try to walk at least 30mins a day and if not I run and go to the gym. I'm 22 years old and being over weight is not a good thing and losing 20 pounds is the start. I'm slowly starting to love myself again and gaining back my self confidence. Everyone in the family is starting to see and is also now encouraging me. Makes me feel like I've started a new life :)
