In this 8 week challenge I used the MRPs, Supergreens, Fiber, Digest Ultra, and 1scoop of Yor Muscle Energy during my workouts. I know Yor muscle energy wasn't to lose weight, but I love how within one week of using the product I felt a lot stronger and the muscle I was building was incredible! During my cycle I found a new passion which is weight lifting, there's not a better sound than when two plates of 45s hit! I went to the gym 2-3 times a week, sometimes with friends and sometimes alone. I dropped two pants size in less than a month. All my old clothes started fitting again, my confidence went up, and my performance at work got recognized right away by my managers.
