Hi everyone; My name is Ashley and I am so glad to be sharing my story and experience on the 8 week challenge.

My entire adult life I was overweight. I love playing sport but never lost weight. It would get me down and was very frustrated as I felt like I was in the wrong body shape. I took up the 8 week challenge and after a week was so thankful I did. I attacked the challenge guns blazing and saw drastic results in the first fortnight.

My daily routine would start with a Yor Repair and Yor Probiotic. I would then cycle 12km to work and have cereal and a Yor Fibre shake. I would then follow up with a Yor Supergreens shake mid morning and a Yor Berry Blast an hour before lunch. In my lunch break I would go for a jog to get out of the office and get my heart rate up. With lunch and dinner I would take my Yor Digest. Just before cycling home, I would have my MRP. This was key to my program as night time was when I got the biggest cravings. Taking the MRP helped suppress the cravings and have smaller portions at dinner. I also drank plenty of tea, and 5L of water a day. Before bed I would take another Yor Repair. I loved the fact that throughout day, I always had something to take. It kept me interested and motivated. I also feel it helped speed my bodies metabolism up.

I first weighed in at 94.5kg. In the first 2 weeks I lost 7kg! I immediately had to go back on the app and reset my goal weight as I had already achieved it!
After 5 weeks i'd lost 11kg. At this point I was happy with what I had achieved and started to focus on some muscle tone. I continued to take all my products an live a healthy lifestyle.

So here we are at the end of 8 weeks and I am 81.4kg, having lost 13.1kg and toned up in areas. I feel so strong; and my cardio and energy is through the roof. My relationships with loved ones and friends have improved as I am happier with myself.
