This is my 4th challenge and I love being in the 8-week challenge because it pushes me to always live a healthy lifestyle. I've been religiously taking the products everyday since April of 2013 and have had tremendous results. My days are very different from each other, so my regimen with the products are too. I have one MRP, supergreens, 1probiotic, 2 digest enzymes, 4 vitamins, 2 repair a day and Berry blast and fiber every other day. My physique goal was too show more definition in the upper body and abs and I definitely did, but it's still a work in progress. I lifted weights 3 days a week.. Tuesdays I did legs and core, Thursday's I did upper body and core and Saturdays I did a body pump class which targeted the whole body. I teach a dance fitness class called LaBlast on Mondays and Wednesdays. My other goal was and will always be to live a healthy lifestyle and inspire those around me to do the same.
