Hey Guys,

Just a bit about me and my journey through the amazing Yor Health 8 week Challenge…

I’m a mum of a beautiful 2 year old girl, a wife and I work 30 hours a week in an office. I have always been an active person enjoying boot camps and the gym. Before joining Yor Health I was always tired and the biggest sook… the complainer! The change that I and the people around me have noticed has been huge! I am so full of energy which makes everything easier and I always have a smile on my face. My body is finally working as it should be and I feel amazing.

I look at my before photo and can see such a big difference in myself, not only physically but emotionally – I definitely prefer the ‘after’ me. Happy and Healthy.

When I signed up to Yor Health I weighed in at 62 kgs, my goal was to tone my stomach and just feel energised. I weighed in on my final challenge day at 57.4kgs and am super happy with how my stomach looks compared to what it was. I am also improving enormously at the gym and absolutely loving my weight sessions.

I have been doing boot camps 3 mornings a week and doing weights at the gym a couple of nights a week. The supplements have been amazing, I have never had so much energy which really makes life easier/happier. I took the Yor probiotics as soon as I woke and then I would have a MRP (1 scoop vanilla, 1 scoop chocolate, 1 scoop fibre.. YUM!) after my morning workout and a digest Ultra with my meals. I love the berry blast and the Supergreens everyday! The Yor Repair Ultra was definitely great for recovery after training.

I love that I can see the results from Yor Health without changing what I was eating or my exercise routine, it really shows how much my body needed these supplements.
