Hello everyone, my name is Shaun Wojcichowksy and I am proud to have just completed my first 8 week Challenge!!
When I got started in this challenge I was at 70kg(155lb). I had a bit of a belly and my goal was to burn this off and at the same time try and increase my lean muscle mass. Happy to say my end weight was 71.5kg(158.5lb). Only .5kg short of my goal! Think I had a little more weight in the mid section to burn off than I though.
Through out my life I have always struggled at putting on lean muscle. I have worked out on and off though out my life, and never had decent results. Do to this I always give up on the gym and on my fitness in general. So for me, completing this 8 week challenge has been a huge accomplishment. To see progress each week has given me the motivation and confidence to keep at it. And now even though this challenge is over, I am at a point in which I want to keep at it, keep working out and eating health.
To reach my goal I have been using most of the YOR product line. I start my day off with a health breakfast. Mid morning I have a MRP shake mixed with SuperGreens, FiberPlus and usually add fresh fruit. I take the digest ultra and vitamins with both lunch and dinner. During the afternoon I use BerryBlast to give me energy to keep me focused and energetic at work. After my workout at night I have a second MRP shake and before bed I take a Probiotics Ultra and Repair Ultra. I worked out 3 or 4 times a week. Mostly lifting with some cardio every couple days.
It hasn't just been the YOR product line, but the YOR community that has helped me. Connecting with others in my area, to work out, play sports or just talk about what is working for them and give suggestions. This has been a huge help and not only helped me with my fitness but has given me the opportunity to meet new friends and try new activities out of my normal comfort zone.
