Using Yor health products has helped me tremendously in establishing healthier and long term eating and exercising habits. From really not following any plans consistently or having the energy to follow through, I now find that I can eat regularly scheduled smaller meals without the food cravings between meals and I have the energy to exercise at least 6-7 times per week. I begin each day by taking 1 probiotic and 1 repair upon rising. 3 times a week I drink an MRP mixed with Yor greens and Yor banana fiber for breakfast along with 2 vitamins and 1 burn. On other days, I eat a small breakfast of oatmeal or Ezekiel bread and eggs along with 2 vitamins and a burn. For all other meals, I take a Yor digest before the meal and then 2 vitamins during the meal. My afternoon snack usually consists of an MRP mixed with Yor greens and Yor banana fiber. I work with a personal trainer for a full body workout with weight machines once a week. Twice a week I follow his recommendations for similar workouts on my own-one day is an upper body workout and the other a lower body workout. The other 3 or 4 days a week I do a variety of other exercise programs -usually at the gym-including high energy dance classes, yoga, elliptical machines or walking on the treadmill. Weather permitting, I try to walk outside 1-2 times a week. I have found my energy boosted, I'm able to sleep better and my skin and hair look and feel more healthy. My muscles are getting stronger and toned, I have dropped from a size 12P to an 8P, lost 15 lbs, lost 6.2 % body fat and a total of 31 inches. I am ready -and now willing :) to continue on a more healthy lifestyle!
