This 8 weeks challenge has been both fun and exciting. For the past several years before joining this challenge I've considered myself to be pretty healthy and in pretty good shape, but the Yor Health products and this challenge had opened up even more possibilities for me and had taken me to the next level of my health and fitness goals, ones that in the past I didn't think to be possible. These are the Yor Health products I've incorporated into my daily routine:

Every morning I'd start out with the Supergreens, Fiber plus and 1/2 of berry blast, I mix them all together, super delicious! I take the Digest ultra with every cooked meals. 2 tablets of multi vitamins a day and a probiotic before going to bed.

Thanks to Yorhealth and my commitment to healthy eating and exercise, I now feel so much more energized and vibrant than I have ever felt! Not only I feel great physically and thrilled about the muscle definitions that are starting to take shape but I also feel great mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I'm really happy and proud of how far I've come and this is just the beginning! I will continue on with this journey and challenge myself to the next level in achieving optimum health and sculpting my body to the shape and form that I wish to have, and I hope to inspire others that they can do the same!
